Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the VibrationMax mobile application. By installing or using VibrationMax you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
VibrationMax is provided free of charge for personal use on devices you own or are responsible for. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies of it, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Not a medical device
VibrationMax runs your phone’s vibration motor. It is not a medical device, and its modes — Massage and Relax included — are not a treatment for any condition. If you have a medical condition, or an implanted device such as a pacemaker, ask a doctor before holding a vibrating phone against your body.
Your phone
Long sessions at high strength work the motor hard and use battery. The motor-care meter, the long-session warning and the battery guard are there to help; use them, and stop if the phone gets hot. Dry out can help clear water from the speaker grille but cannot repair water damage — if your phone has been submerged, follow its maker’s advice.
What the hardware allows
How strong a buzz feels depends on your phone’s motor. The strength levels are a calibrated scale, not an exact frequency, and on phones without intensity control they are simulated with rhythm. The silent alarm, and running with the screen off, are available only where the phone allows them.
Advertising
VibrationMax may show ads in future. Ads, if shown, are provided by Google AdMob under Google’s own terms.
No warranty
VibrationMax is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will work on every phone, that an alarm will always go off, or that the app will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage to your device, any missed alarm, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of VibrationMax. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue VibrationMax or any of its features at any time.
