Free · A vibration engine for your phone · works offline

Your phone’s motor, tuned the way you want.

VibrationMax lets you set exactly how your phone vibrates: how long each buzz lasts, the gap between buzzes, how strong it is and how the strength changes over a session. Start from six modes — Massage, Dry out, Focus, Wake up, Relax and Custom — or tap out a rhythm of your own. No account, and it works offline.

Three steps

Pick a mode, tune it, start

Every mode is a starting point. Change any number and the engine runs exactly what you set.

See what it can do
  1. Pick a mode

Massage, Dry out, Focus, Wake up, Relax or Custom. The dial shows the run time and how many buzzes the session will be.

  2. Tune it to your phone

Change the buzz, gap, strength and curve on the Pulse or Tune screen. Motor calibration runs a five-step sweep and asks which step felt strongest, because every motor peaks somewhere different.

  3. Start, and let it run

The session stops itself when the timer ends. Your minutes, sessions and day streak land in Activity, along with your last five sessions.

What it does

Built for what a vibration motor can do

A timer, a pattern and a strength — and the tools to get the most out of the motor your phone actually has.

Six modes to start from

Massage, Dry out, Focus, Wake up, Relax and Custom. Each loads its own run time, buzz length, gap, strength and curve, with a tip on how to use it — and every value can be changed.

Tune every number

Run time from 1 to 60 minutes; buzz and gap lengths from a fraction of a second, or type a longer one in seconds; five strength levels; and a ramp from any start power to any end power, so a session can build up or wind down.

Rhythm recorder

Tap a rhythm on the pad and the engine loops exactly that instead of a steady buzz and gap. Save a tuning to Quick launch, or share it as a short VM- code that someone else can paste.

Dry out, with a tone

Lay the phone speaker-down on a towel. Dry out buzzes and plays a tone through the speaker in step with each buzz, to help push water out of the grille. If the sound is going to headphones or Bluetooth instead, the app tells you.

Silent alarm

A buzz-only wake-up that builds from gentle to strong, with no sound to wake anyone else. Available on Android, where the phone can vibrate on a schedule; iPhone does not allow it, so the app does not offer it there.

Motor care and battery guard

A daily-load meter against a 45-minute guideline, an optional warning before a long session at high power, a battery guard that stops a session at 15%, and a smart auto-stop that can end a session when the phone is picked up.

Straight about the hardware

No phone lets an app set its motor to an exact frequency, so VibrationMax does not pretend to. The five strength levels are calibrated against how your motor feels, and where a phone cannot vary its strength at all, the app says so and simulates it with rhythm instead.

FAQs

Straight answers

What people ask before they hand their phone’s motor to an app.

Does VibrationMax need an internet connection?

No. Every mode and tool works offline. When there is a connection the app fetches its remote settings and sends usage counts and crash reports to Google Firebase, described in the privacy policy.

Can it make my phone vibrate harder than it normally does?

No app can go beyond what the motor is built for. VibrationMax lets you run it at full strength for as long, and in whatever pattern, you choose — and calibration finds the level that feels strongest on your particular phone.

Why does the strength feel the same at every level?

Some phones cannot vary how hard the motor buzzes. The app detects this, tells you once, and simulates the levels by changing the rhythm instead.

Will it keep running when I lock the phone?

On Android, yes, if you turn on Keep running screen-off. iPhone stops vibration when the screen locks, so there the same switch keeps the screen awake instead.

Will Dry out fix a wet phone?

It can help shake and push water out of the speaker grille. It cannot repair water damage, and it needs the phone’s own speaker — the app warns you if the sound is going to headphones or Bluetooth.

How do I share a tuning with someone?

Tools → Rhythm codes shows the current tuning as a short VM- code. Copy it and send it; the other person taps Paste a code. A mistyped code is rejected rather than loaded wrongly.

Which languages does it support?

English and Hindi. Switch between them in Tools.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no subscription and no account.

Your phone already has the motor.

Free. No account, works offline, and everything you set up stays on your phone.
